Sports Performance Training
Designed for student athletes looking to improve performance our holistic assessment we will identify areas for improvement and customize your program around strengthen theses areas and optimizing your performance tailored to your sport.
Training Club
After completing your initial program continue training in the same space, with trainers on site with self-led workouts. Experience the encouragement of working with the training club community with 2 or 3 day/ week packages available.


Located within XShadyside, conveniently located in the heart of Shadyside on Walnut Street, our Private Training Facility is isolated from the main gym space, designed to safely and effectively optimize your health and wellness. The comprehensive circuit training equipment offers cardio space, resistance training equipment, free weight areas, and body work treatment tables. Everything you need for your transformation in one clean, safe, inviting room.
